How to Cancel

You can cancel your SOAP Note Buddy subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Cancel From the Extension

1. Open the SOAP Note Buddy extension by clicking its icon in your browser toolbar.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click Manage Subscription.
4. The Stripe billing portal will open in a new tab.
5. Click Cancel Subscription.
6. Confirm the cancellation.

Cancel by Email

If you prefer, you can also cancel by sending an email to [email protected]. Include the email address associated with your account, and we will process the cancellation for you.

What Happens After You Cancel

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel on day 10 of your monthly cycle, you still have access for the remaining 20 days.
• You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
• Your patient data is preserved on your device. If you resubscribe later, your data will still be there.

Canceling During the Free Trial

If you are still within your 3-day free trial, canceling prevents any charges from being applied. Your card will not be billed as long as you cancel before the trial period ends.
