Every new SOAP Note Buddy account starts with a 3-day free trial so you can evaluate the full product before committing.

How the Trial Works

1. Sign up and create your account.
2. Enter a credit card during registration. Your card will not be charged during the trial period.
3. You get immediate access to all features for 3 days.
4. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins at $49 per month.

What’s Included During the Trial

The trial gives you full access to every feature, with no restrictions:

• Auto Fill for your web-based EMR
• AI Note generation
• Voice recording and transcription
• AI Chat
• Voice App
• Unlimited patients and notes

This is the same experience you get as a paying subscriber. Nothing is locked or limited during the trial.

How to Cancel Before Being Charged

If you decide SOAP Note Buddy is not right for you, cancel before your 3-day trial ends:

1. Open the SOAP Note Buddy extension.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click “Manage Subscription.”
4. Click “Cancel Subscription” in the billing portal.

As long as you cancel before the trial period expires, your credit card will not be charged.

What Happens After the Trial

If you do not cancel, your subscription automatically begins at $49 per month. You can cancel at any time after that, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
