Manage Your Subscription
You can manage all aspects of your SOAP Note Buddy subscription through the Stripe billing portal, accessible directly from the extension.
Accessing the Billing Portal
- Open the SOAP Note Buddy extension by clicking its icon in your browser toolbar.
- Go to Settings.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- The Stripe billing portal opens in a new tab.
What You Can Do in the Billing Portal
From the billing portal, you can:
- Update your payment method - Change your credit card or add a new one.
- View invoices - See your billing history and download receipts for each payment.
- Cancel your subscription - Stop your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period.
- View your next billing date - See when your next payment will be charged.
Updating Your Payment Method
- Open the billing portal using the steps above.
- Click on your current payment method.
- Enter your new card details.
- Save the changes.
Your new payment method will be used for all future charges.
Viewing and Downloading Invoices
In the billing portal, your invoice history shows each payment with the date and amount. Click on any invoice to view or download it as a PDF. This is useful for expense reports or reimbursement from your employer.
