We want you to be satisfied with SOAP Note Buddy. Here is our refund policy and what to do if you have concerns about your subscription.
Refund Policy
SOAP Note Buddy does not offer refunds for partial months. When you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, but the payment for that period is not refunded.
Why We Offer a Free Trial
We provide a 3-day free trial with full access to all features specifically so you can evaluate the product before being charged. During the trial, you can:
- Test Auto Fill with your EMR
- Generate AI Notes for your patients
- Try voice recording and transcription
- Explore all features without restriction
If the product does not meet your needs, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Having Issues?
If you are experiencing a problem with the product that is preventing you from using it, please contact us before canceling. In many cases, we can resolve the issue quickly.

- A description of the issue you are experiencing
- Your EMR name and browser (Chrome or Safari)
- Any error messages you are seeing
We are committed to making SOAP Note Buddy work for you, and we will do our best to resolve any problems. If we cannot fix the issue, we will work with you on a fair resolution.
Billing Errors
