SOAP Note Buddy currently offers individual subscriptions only. Here is what you need to know if you want to use it with your team.

Current Setup for Teams

Each team member needs their own individual subscription at $49 per month. Every clinician signs up with their own email address and manages their own account independently.

This means:

• Each person installs the extension in their own browser.
• Each person has their own patient list and settings.
• Each person manages their own subscription and billing.
• Patient data stays on each individual’s device.

Why Individual Subscriptions

SOAP Note Buddy is designed as a personal clinical documentation tool. Patient data is stored locally on each clinician’s device for privacy and HIPAA compliance. There is no shared database or team dashboard at this time.
