SOAP Note Buddy is available as a Safari extension on iOS and iPadOS, so you can use it on your iPad or iPhone.

What Works on Mobile

• AI Note works great on mobile. Generate complete clinical notes from your patient data and copy them into any system.
• Voice App at soapnotebuddy.com/voice is fully mobile-friendly. Record clinical observations by voice from any device with a browser, no extension required.
• AI Chat lets you ask clinical documentation questions and get help refining your notes.

Auto Fill on Mobile

Auto Fill support may be limited on some mobile EMR layouts. Mobile versions of EMRs often use simplified interfaces, different page structures, or responsive layouts that can affect field detection.

If Auto Fill does not detect fields correctly on your mobile EMR, use AI Note instead. Generate the note in the extension and paste it into your EMR manually.

Setting Up on iPad or iPhone

1. Install SOAP Note Buddy from the App Store.
2. Open Settings on your device and navigate to Safari > Extensions.
3. Enable SOAP Note Buddy.
4. Open Safari and tap the extension icon in the toolbar to sign in.

For the most reliable Auto Fill experience, we recommend using SOAP Note Buddy on a desktop or laptop browser (Chrome or Safari). Mobile works well for AI Note, Voice App, and documentation on the go.
