Voice App

The Voice App is a companion web app that lets you dictate visit summaries and generate notes from your phone, tablet, or any device with a browser. Access it at soapnotebuddy.com/voice.

Getting Started

1. Go to soapnotebuddy.com/voice on any device.
2. Sign in with the same account you use for the browser extension.
3. Your patients and eval summaries sync automatically.

The Voice App is mobile-friendly and designed for use between patient visits. Dictate a summary in the hallway, review it later, and generate your note when you are ready.

What Syncs Between Extension and Voice App

The following data stays in sync across both platforms:

• Patients and their eval summaries
• Note templates (sections, instructions, ordering)
• Note history from previous visits

What Does Not Sync Yet

• Custom instructions (global, per-patient, and AI chat)
• Extension settings and preferences

These features are planned for a future update.

When to Use the Voice App

The Voice App is ideal when you are away from your computer. Dictate visit summaries on your phone between appointments, then use Auto Fill or AI Note from the extension when you are back at your desk. Your dictation and note history will be available in both places.
