• Three seat types, priced exactly like the individual plans. AI Notes $29 per seat per month ($299 per year), Voice Scribe $49 per seat per month ($499 per year), EHR Fill $79 per seat per month ($799 per year). There is no agency premium. You get the org management layer (one invoice, centralized seat management, one BAA, domain auto-join, admin usage visibility) plus automatic volume discounts on top, at the same per-seat price.
• Automatic volume discounts: 5% at 10+ seats, 10% at 25+, 15% at 50+, 20% at 100+. Annual per-seat prices already run roughly 14% to 16% below monthly, and your volume discount applies on top.
• What each seat includes. AI Notes: unlimited AI notes, unlimited patients, custom note templates, AI chat, document and PDF uploads. EHR Fill: everything in AI Notes plus one-click EHR Auto Fill and cross-device sync. Voice Scribe: everything in EHR Fill plus Voice Scribe, Patient Checklist, Smart Image Analysis, and priority support.
