Install on iPhone, iPad, or Android

SOAP Note Buddy is available as a native app on iPhone, iPad, and Android. The mobile app includes Voice Scribe for hands-free dictation, full AI Note generation, and your patient library — everything you need to document on the go.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for SOAP Note Buddy, or open this direct link: apps.apple.com/app/soap-note-buddy/id6758865488.
3. Tap Get to install.
4. Open the app and tap Create Account (or Sign In if you already have one). Your patients and notes sync automatically across all your devices.

The same install also includes the Safari extension for iPad and iPhone. To enable it, open Settings → Safari → Extensions and turn on SOAP Note Buddy.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
2. Search for SOAP Note Buddy, or open this direct link: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keyesapps.soapnotebuddy.
3. Tap Install.
4. Open the app and sign in with the same account you use on iOS or the browser extension.

Your SOAP Note Buddy subscription works across iPhone, iPad, Android, and the browser extension. Most clinicians record visits on a phone during the day and use the browser extension on a desktop to auto-fill notes into their EMR.

Need the Browser Extension Instead?

If you want to auto-fill your EMR directly from your browser, see Install on Chrome or Install on Safari. The extension and the mobile apps work together — there’s no need to choose one or the other.
