How the Voice App Works
The Voice App is for clinicians who prefer ambient-style recording. Record your patient visit on your phone or tablet, and the AI transcribes the audio and generates a structured SOAP note. Perfect for settings where you want hands-free documentation.
Open the Voice App
Access the Voice App at soapnotebuddy.com/voice on your phone, tablet, or computer. Sign in with your SOAP Note Buddy account. Add it to your home screen for quick access.
Record Your Patient Visit
Tap the microphone button to start recording. The app captures audio of your patient interaction. Pause and resume as needed. Recording happens locally on your device.
Select Patient and Note Type
After recording, select the patient from your list (or add a new one). Choose your discipline (PT, OT, SLP, etc.) and note type. Customize which sections you want in your note.
Get Your SOAP Note
The AI transcribes your audio and generates a structured SOAP note. Review the transcription and note, make any edits, then copy it into your EHR. Regenerate sections if needed.
