How does billing work?
After your 7 day free trial, you'll be charged based on your plan — $59/month for Unlimited or $89/month for Unlimited+. Billing is automatic via Stripe (the same payment processor used by Amazon and Google). You can update your payment method or cancel anytime from your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel with one click from your account settings. No cancellation fees, no phone calls required. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a limit on how many notes I can generate?
No limits at all. Generate as many notes as you need for as many patients as you have. Unlimited use is included in the $59/month.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves about 15% (almost 2 months free) on every plan. Starter is $299/year ($25/mo equivalent), Unlimited is $599/year ($50/mo equivalent), and Unlimited+ is $899/year ($75/mo equivalent). You can switch between monthly and annual anytime. Is there a plan for practices and agencies?
Yes — the Agency Plan (sometimes called an enterprise plan) is for groups of 2 or more clinicians. You get one invoice, centralized seat management, one BAA, and admin tools to add or remove clinicians anytime. Per-seat pricing is the same base as our individual plan ($59/seat for Base, $89/seat for Voice) with automatic volume discounts (5-20% off based on team size). Annual saves an additional 15%. What can I upload as patient context?
Every plan includes evaluation PDF uploads (including scanned faxes — they're OCRed automatically) and .docx Word documents. The Unlimited+ plan adds Smart Image Analysis: single photos, multiple photos at once (medication lists across several bottles, multiple wound angles), and camera captures. The AI categorizes each image (med list, wound photo, lab result, etc.) and extracts the text for use in your notes and EHR fills. Image bytes themselves are never stored.
Why is SOAP Note Buddy so much cheaper than competitors?
We don't have a sales team, an enterprise contract-negotiation department, or a $40M Series B to pay back. We charge what the product costs to run plus a fair margin — nothing else baked in.
