What do I do after I install?
Open the app or extension and tap Create Account. Pick a plan and add a card to start your 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before day 7.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Can I use the app and the extension together?
Yes — one subscription covers all platforms, and your patients and notes sync between them. Most clinicians record on iPhone during visits and use the browser extension at their desk.
What EHRs does the extension work with?
Any web-based EHR — Kinnser, Tebra, WebPT, Epic, and most others. The extension detects fields automatically; no per-EHR setup required.
I use Safari. How do I install the extension?
The Safari extension is bundled with the SOAP Note Buddy app on the App Store. Tap iOS & iPad above to install the app, then enable the extension in Safari Settings → Extensions. The same install works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Yes. SOAP Note Buddy runs on HIPAA-compliant Google Cloud infrastructure under a signed BAA, and patient identifiers are scrubbed before any AI processing.
