Getting Started

  1. Install SOAP Note Buddy from the Chrome Web Store or App Store
  2. For Safari: enable the extension in Safari > Settings > Extensions
  3. Click the extension icon and create an account
  4. Add a patient with their evaluation summary
  5. Navigate to your EHR and click "Automate Notes"

Common Questions

Which EHR systems are supported?

SOAP Note Buddy works with any web-based EHR system including Kinnser/WellSky, Tebra, WebPT, Epic, Cerner, and more. If your EHR runs in a browser, it will work.

Is my patient data safe?

Yes. All Protected Health Information (PHI) is automatically scrubbed before any data leaves your device. We use HIPAA-compliant servers with a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for AI processing. Patient data is stored locally on your device only.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from the Settings page within the extension. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Email us at [email protected] if you need help.

The extension isn't detecting fields on my EHR

Some EHR pages load content dynamically. Try refreshing the page and waiting for it to fully load before clicking "Automate Notes." If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot and we'll help troubleshoot.

Which browsers are supported?

SOAP Note Buddy is available for Google Chrome (all platforms) and Safari (macOS and iOS/iPadOS).
